removing abs on s2 turbo help.

Default removing abs on s2 turbo help.

got to change my clutch again. got an ap 4 paddle to go in. while ive got the box out i wanna rip out the shity abs. what do i need to do this, and how do i go about doing it?

sum ppl just cut the belts
its time consumin if ur gonna do it do it proply
if u serch thro sum of the rs turbo section ull find that loads of ppl have done it

Easy job to do mate....

Grab yourself a 3i brake res and some copper brake line.

take your old res off, replace it with the 3i one (they have no overflow return pipes), take out the brake line from the master cylinder to the ABS pumps, and then the line from the pumps to the T pieces on both inner wings.

Then run a line from the master cylinder straight to the T pieces and bleed your brakes, job done.

ive obviuosley got 2 get a brake res off a 3i without abs?

NO NO NO LOL

All u need is the plastic filler part- they just pull out.

The res is fine.

The rest of what he says is ok tho

Sorry yeah thats what I meant, the bit you fill up with fluid.

Or if you can't find one you could block the pipes off on the RST one for now.

The plastic part is the Res, the bit beneath it is the Master Cylinder. LOL LOL LOL.

As said, the Master Cylinder is fine, its the Reservoir that needs changing.
