Im think of selling my project as i dont think i will have time to finish it so i thought i would post it up to see what offers i get.

Its a 1982 XR3 not i just a 3. It has all the series one bits including.....
Seats
Door cards
Rear spolier
Kit
Front grill
Pop out rear windows
Series one wheel

Also fitted are lowering springs
G Max suspension (i think)
Stainless back box
Its only had 5 owners and has all the orginal documentation / hand books / orginal owner certificate.
All mot's from new.

Its had all the welding done to a very high standard including floor pan and sills. The car just needs painting and finishing all the bits are there it just needs TLC. The car has no car park dents and is a mint shell for a turbo conversion.Its really straight. I recently removed the engine and tidyed up all the engine bay. It runs and drives but needs a carb as the chock flap has been removed

It also has a mint dash with a very very small crack. All together it would make a really nice car but if i dont get any sensible offers i will hold on to her. We all know how much bits are going for these day and sorry i will not break her up for parts.

That's a very fair price mate, shouldn't hang around for long . may be worth popping it on www.seriesoneturbo.co.uk (may not be an S1 but will be welcome and as it has the parts, is deffenately worth sticking it on the sale section, and it's free!!)

my old one, just built a garage and so now saving the pennies for another, not far off!!

 

Looks minty mint, hope the new owner looks after it better than the new owner of my old series one. Trashed it and then just give it away.
