Question black diamond or ebc discs and pads?

what brakes are better (discs and pads). i have a mk4 fiesta 1.25 and need to change discs and pads and was wondering what ones would be better bearing in mind they are nearly the same price and i have standard brakes at the moment and they aren't that brilliant. The discs are shot and the pads are nearly gone as well. thanks in advance

Standard zetec-s vented discs and mintex 1144 or mintex extreme pads.

Black diamond discs are ok, much less prone to being totally shit than ebc lol

a mate fitted black diamond discs to his Tractor (scobby) and they warp'd with in 1000 miles of road use, (not even very hard miles, as he's a tart and just uses it on sundays)

Ebc ones are wank. Had them on my S2 & they didnt take much to warp them. Cant comment on black diamond.

ive had black diamonds on my saff at 350 bhp for ages and not had a problem yet at all.

but i will say also ebc do say THEMSELVES greenstuff pads should not be used in cars over 200bhp. you should be on red stuff for over that or heavy cars.

i sell both at the shop i work at and i know where my money is.
