It was was actually the story that made me chuckle, then I saw the pic

How much of a fruit cake are you if you have a problem like that? I like how they tried wiring up the number nine button on the phone so it gave her a shock

And why set the electric current to shock her when she dials the 3rd 9 of 999 by doing that she has already completed the call and is ringing the emergency services. Should have been a shock on the 1st 9, a savage shock on the 2nd 9 and a shock to cause death on the 3rd 9. That way i bet she wouldnt do it
