Near the end of the meet - a poor bloke who has 2 days ownership of his Series2 locked himself out!

Good day out, roll on the fookin summer though as was a wee bit freezing!!

Funniest bit of the day was when Mr 'locked out of his turbo' was helped out by a bloke with a Nova carrying a range of coat hangers, wires and rods, who also seemed to have a worrying huge knowledge of breaking and entering cars!

He faffed around for while, then did something a little drastic, and was in within like 5 secs. Scary.

Had a few sideways steering moments in Phil's minty Saph, was interesting to see 320 + bhp smoked away from the rear wheels.

Will get my 4 x 4 ready for the next one!

Ditto on the McDonalds vouchers from Doug, much appreciated

Cos I was a lazy git I only took a couple of pics of the cars:

Doug (had to buy a Red Esc Cos to match the Ford jacket he already had )



Saph Cos, Esc Cos, RST, RST, ......Saxo? Where did that come from (Arron? )



Did get some video footage, but was mainly too busy holding on while Phil chased Doug around the slip roads....

I know I know!!!

Told her to leave it at home! Probably best I didn’t take my car because I wouldn’t want the rust jumping off it onto Phil’s, Doug’s or Jays! (not worried about Steve’s as his is rusty :P)

Also, where did you and Phil go on the A30, steve was driving moderately fast *cough* triple figures *cough* and we didn’t catch you up!!! Well, he didn’t I was in the Suxo, I mean Saxo lol

I reckon next time we should meet around Honiton area and we can all convoy down to Exmouth / Exeter

Well, you lot can convoy and I’ll just see you down there unless I attach a rope whilst your not looking!

Arron, no problem meeting near to Honiton in future as all the Yeovil peeps prefer to go that route anyway. Because I am closer to the M5 I usually take that route.

You've just got to choose a meeting place near to Honiton that is on (or very near to) the main road and easy to find.
