Does anybody have a Toad Ai606 WITH remote start fittted?

Or anybody who can answer this: everytime you remote start the car, it starts, and then you disarm the alarm and the rest of the sensors using the unlock button, does the engine shut down as well?

I just found this a bit odd as the guy said its the way the Toads are designed. Can somebody confirm this or is there a way round it. think it's a valet remote start system that is used.
