full 1.8 ZVH Turbo conversion!!!

Hopefully the engine spec will be as follows:-

Stage 3 Fiesta Turbo Cylinder Head
EFI
Ahmed Bayjoo chip
Fiesta Turbo management
Pro alloy rad
Pro alloy front mount intercooler
MAHLE pistons
Motorsport developments remap

Depends what turbo you use, what management you use, injectors etc. Why have one of Ahmeds chips if MSD are going to remap it?

 

if your going to do that i woud get a cossie pump and a chip and injectors off msd and 250+ is on the cards

 

Think a turbo will help a little also

Fuel pump is a must as said above then its how long your gearbox and diff is gonna last

 

This conversion happens to be mine and it looks like rsbaz is tryin to get one up on me

The turbo will be T3 and it will also have beige injectors and a cossie fuel pump.

I was informed that a bayjoo chip would be a gooden and i was only goin to get it mapped at msd because i live round the corner from it.

Should i not get it mapped at msd?

I'm doing this conversion on quite a budget so i dont really want to travel miles to get it mapped....although i guess it would cover running in mileage.....would msd not map a bayjoo chip?

 

Just get one of MSD's own chips fella Bayoo will encrypt his fuel maps so other peeps cant change them. MSD are spot on mate. Get it built and get Stu and Kenny on the case, you wont be disappointed

 

a lot of my mates have there cars mapped at msd, said they are really good, anyone know the prices at msd for chips injectors and a map?
