Unfortunately though, we'd only be doing the same thing as you and banning them if they don't help. Then there's no chance of resolving it.

As said above, it probably is best to let people know who it is because there may be a genuine reason or a mate of theirs with an explanation.

Any further public threats of violence come with a life time ban by the way

 

i understand if the person reply to pm and said yeah i sent item then i guess it down to the post but it been three weeks now and stil nothing

PM either AJC, DazC or NEEDFORSPEED, they will have Carl's mobile number who you bought the item off & will get it sorted.

Carl is a top bloke & will not be ripping you off mate.

 

try the easy approach
send them a pm saying that if they do not respond in a reasonable time (1 week is more than enough time) then you will take things further with a public name and shame

if things get resolved then you will make sure that there is a post clearing said individual of any shady shenanigans on his belalf

the only way to do it mate (and it comes with the added bonus of not getting yourself banned as well )

if you dont and the person is on the scam, he could be ripping other people off

 

But if there really is a problem, and they are not on the scam and will sort the problem, they get a public slating and there name dragged through the mud for no reason ?
