what would a 2 litre zetec turbo cost?

need a bit of help guys please
i am looking to turbo a silver top zetec engine.looking for about 300bhp.
i know i need an aftermarket ecu (looking at emerald,omex or dta).
fancy going with the rover t16 inlet manifold with throttle body.take it ferriday is best for an adaptor?
what would be the best pistons,compression ratio?
will it need head work?
fancy the exhaust manifold thats on fleabay

Hi mate,
You can get newman to spec the cams to your spec of engine really and what you are trying to gain.
Pistons and rods, order them from the states mate as it will save you loads of money mate
Not sure on comp ratio though, but headwork is always a bonus as it will help flow air better.
Exhaust manifold wise stay clear of the ebay jobs, go for one of the zetec turbo manifolds offered by jamsport, also speak to jamie about management as the gotech system is has a shit load more features than some other management that they offer
Cost wise to do it properly guess your looking at £3k before even getting a gearbox and turbo and all the extras mate.
