Hi guys,
can anyone shed any light on this at all? I have a 2 1/2" Magnex system on my S2 and the front mount is no where near to lineing up Is there a bracket that comes with these exhausts or do peeps just not bother with the front mount?

Must be something obvious surely

Dont mount it.

Should be strong enough with the other 2 mounts.

why did magnex put this mount on if you didnt need it would have thought all the weight of the exhaust would be too much on the turbo. ill check to see how mine is fitted.

it wants using as its after the flexi and needs to take the weight of that so it can do its purpose. That mount on the car looks non standard, deffinately havent got one on my s2.

mine had a replacment front mount that was much longer to meet the exhaust propperly- in the unlikerly event that you have you exhaust checked to keep the guarentee up havin the wrong 1 will screw it

the original ford mount works because the original has a longer mount on the exhaust side and short on the car side, magnex is opposite

Some cars have it as standard, some don't. I have one, but it's never been used.

Theres not really a lot of weight on the front of the exhaust, as the other 2 mounts hold the majority of the weight, the turbo doesnt really hold the weight anyway, its more the manifold.
