Default S1 Rear 1/4 Windows

Just wondering if rear 1/4 opening windows from a series 1 will fit into a Series 2?

Cheers

Neil

Yes they will but you will need to cut out a small square section of your interior c pillar trims to allow the fitment of the opening handle of the qtr glass. Also they will be a different colour

.SERIES 1 =BROWN TINT
SERIES 2 =GREEN TINT.

Piece of piss. Need a rivnut gun to squeeze a threaded insert into the b pillar (all holes are already in the shell). Took my brother and I 45 minutes to do mine start to finish.

Rather than fitting green tint though I changed the rest of the glass to bronze tint to be a bit different

No, you could use self- tappers if you wanted to.

Also, not sure if ites the same in all.

I had a s2 custom, with the light grey C-pillar panels, and when i took them off and turned the over, theres a line that you cut to so you can cut the opening/locking mechanism.

I had s1 pop out in my old series two, they fit fine. I used some platerboard wraul plugs from B&Q in the door pillar holes, it work fine cost me about a quid to do!
