Pics of my new RS!
Here's a few pics of my new car! 
It's a 1996 RS2000 2wd, finished in Moondust Silver. Totally standard, fully history etc etc and only 41k!
Really really pleased with it, but i'm just soooooo gutted i had to loose my RST to get it!
... but gotta move on, and as said, its a lovely car!

Lookin nice Steve, loved my RS2k, had a bit of a change of plans with the wheels to matey, and they are now on this!!!

i cant believe the 2wd version dont come with rear discs though But the mk6 2k has 4 wheel abs and better brakes . Hence the rear discs were not needed..
But a mk6 4x4 rs2000 has rear discs

Is this the one that was on pistonheads?
Saw it and thought it looked ace......noticed it was sold last week some time.
Now get some soft spokes on there and it'll look the damage!!!!

Looks well mate!
I made the same change as you a few years back - red series 2 to my RS 2000 and i can honestly say the RS 2000 is so much more fun! Fair enough the series 2 was faster in a straight line, by my 2000 would run rings round it on the back roads!
