You can still buy the original linkage new from ford abut Ł30 iirc

Get teh Puma one, miles better. And it's the standard Puma linkage. Around 80Ł from ford as a complete package.

It's not direct. RST has a 4-bolt mounting to the body from underneath, whereas Puma has a two bolt attachment a little more back.
