Do you want the real curved fisheye effect, or just mega wide?
Ultra wides zoom.... Sigma 10-20mm or Nikon 12-24mm are the best two I'd say. Or for a real fisheye effect the 10.5mm is the best choice
D80/D200 are 10MP, D2x - 12.4MP
