Thought id put some pics up of the new runabout whilst i save a few pennies for me truck!!!!
Took me ages to find a decent one with under 100k on the clock but found one in Harewood (nr Uxbridge!!). Done a few hundred miles already in her and got to say probably the most comfiest / smoothest cars i've owned!!!!
Its a 530i Sport on a 51 plate with full BMW history (bar one stamp back in 2003), its the facelifted model so gets things like the deeper bumpers, angel eyes, led rears etc.... Also inside she got widescreen TV (which actually works really well!!), SatNav, traction control, heated seats, dual climate, aircon, cruise control, rain sense wipers and auto lights etc etc.... Being a sport it also has the M Tech suspension which is surprisingly stiff for an old barge!!! It doesnt have the M Parallel 18" alloys unfortunately but will soon upgrade when these tyres are out!!
The thing goes really well, I like the 5 speed Steptronic box and the sport mode its very pleasing at 70+. It gets to the speed limiter very easily!!
Not really going to do much with it, may put the subs in if its easy to do (stereo components all over the place) but not too fussed as it sounds superb!. Once I get the 18's i may put some Eibach springs to drop it a little! Also going to remove the gash M badge on the bootlid and put a new 530i one there!! Going to get the windows tinted slightly as well!!!!
Here some pics!!

Probably not to everyones taste but it suits me to the ground and ticks all the right boxes (except my carbon footprint box - the fooker is pretty juicy!!!!!! :blub::blub: )

I'm hoping they do around 30mpg on the motorway
Must be smaller tanks than the old E34, takes over £70 to fill mine up, i think my record is £78 of standard unleaded
You start to think "Oh, its not too heavy on fuel this, the guage is taking ages to go down" and then you pull up at the pumps and realise why! It holds more than an ESSO tanker
Gotta be worth it though, 5's are the bollocks
