As above how do I get one off, I have the clips off on the sides but is there more fixings at the back?

Two SIEZED Torx bolts in the boot

Mine are either siezed or torqued up to the nuts. T30 is the right size, but they've probably welded themselves to the body/chassis rails - mine have.

 

yep as above 2 torx in boot maybe 4 if a previous owner put 2 more in to hold the bumper up more combat sagging etc spray some wd 40 on bolts the nite before as if it hasnt been off in awhile it could be tricky..
