Depends on what you are using the car for and who made the CC or IC, most CCs and quite a few ICs are pieces of shiny shit designed by people with tape measures and absolutely no idea of what they are doing.

Proper CCs are good for road, drag and hillclimb not circuit.

ICs are better suited to circuit use and also road.

I use a PWR CC unit on my road car and a properly designed FMIC on my track car.
