Right on a morning when I go to start my car I have a flat battery, once it's started it's fine up untill the next day or days depending on when I use it.
Now is it more likey to be the alternator or the battery?

 

Something must be draining the battery, is the boot light staying on ?
My Alarm kills mine after a few days if i don't use it
