Post 86 carbed CVH's aren't actually hemi either...

Vauxhall engine codes all actally mean something letter by letter
Like for example:
C20LET
C= Catalyst
20 = 2.0 litre
L = Low compression
E = Fuel injected
T = Turbo
Quite a good idea I reckon

What does C20XE mean? more so the "X", can pretty much work out the rest from your post

The C doesnt strictly mean "cat" that part of the code relates to which emission regs it meets
Z = euro 4
Y = euro 3
X = euro 2
C = euro 1
