I'm currently with AOL, and now I'm having connection problems they've told me they don't support Vista, my Laptop manufacturer or my wireless adapter for my Desktop.
So, just checked and I'm not obligated to continue with them, and already have SKY tv in the house. Are they any good?
Cheers!

very fast, 500kb/s downloads is fairly common
it's been playing up over the past few days mind, but that might be the cable going to the back of the computer as junior uses it as a whip

i've just got rid of AOL (shite)..............with BT now....home hub etc.....still to early to tell what its like cos it tests itself for the first 10 days to find out the best speed.............got to be better than AOL
Just binned Tiscali and gone with Sky myself, i already have the wireless router from sky and im due to be switched over to 16mb on monday.
Doing some research the sky router isnt meant to be much cop but there is software out there to get your password and username from the Sky router as its pre programmed in before its posted.

It can't be any worse than what I have Andy. Really, it's garbage. Supposed to be on 512k, but it's taking 2-3 minutes to load the GD page right now.
The Indian chappie on the other end assures me it's running perfectly....

Saying that thpugh, sky can being annoying at times, im in a battle with them for Sky HD, just this minute sent this email to them...
Twats
I have recently enquired about upgrading one of my Sky+ multiroom boxes to sky HD to be told i would be charged £199 and an extra £10 a month.
A few of my friends have had the service offered for £60 installation or less and are new sky customers, I have been with sky for 10+ years, i have my phone and broadband with sky and in total spend around £70 per month with you, as you can understand im a little annoyed at the prices i have been quoted above as a long standing loyal sky customer being asked to pay more than a new customer for the same service.
Can someone please resolve this problem?
