How much power are you aiming for? Sounds like you need to take the more expensive step! Maybe engine overhaul, different cams, turbo ,injectors, ported head maybe. Decide what powerfigure you want and when you know that, talk to some tuners and check the prices if you aren,t handy enough yourself. Maybe your transmission need uprating too with clutch etc.

yup as mr19" said greys, ported head as the std item will only flow abit more then 350bhp,one of stu's msd chips, upgrading the gearbox
will be a must if going over 400bhp. an may aswell pull the engine down to
ensure its going to be reliable for that bhp, hope you have very deep
pockets

I agree engine apart time for head work at least I would have said to release any more useful power.
