quickie about wheels

i have some ripspeed wheels i have taken from a fiesta,
was just wondering if they will fit a renault Megane,
7x15.et38.desperate 2 get rid

are they mutlti stud fitment

if not then fords are 4x108 and renault wont fit

if there mutlistud then posssible they could but you would have to try them
