got a strange problem with the blowers on the mondy,

for some strange reason it only works on setting 4 so it's either full out hot or cold,

have tried changing the switch control and still does the same with the new one in,

any suggestions?

 

RESISTOR PACK, these burn out and so does the wiring to them ?

found it up under the passenger side dash and new one ordered today
