2 bolts either side of the boot lid high up and one long one through the centre piller accessed from behind the boot lid trim, this bolt is very long and can be a bit fiddly to remove.

OMG.........I'm thinking this can only mean ONE thing:
Dave, are you doing a top speed run somewhere? Brunters?......A127/M25?

On an engine spec like yours we're prob talking an extra 14 - 18 MPH sans wing

Pete.
So true, compensate the loss of rear downforce, with equal loss of front. Ie front splitter

Doug..... rubbish!

on an escos that can pull over 180mph removing the rear wing will give another 3-4 mph

HTH

Agree Kevin on a 180 MPH car......But AFAIK Daves is a good strong Stage 3 spec (330 - 340 BHP?)......So it's a 150-155 MPH car....then minus rear wing he would get 160-165 MPH

Does removing the rear wing not make more difference to the top speed (due to less drag) the less power you have?

I.E. a standard T25/28 (220 BHP) Es Cos would show the biggest IMPROVEMENT is top speed without wing??
