For everyones information....
All products I produce are tested multiple times before dispatch.
In the case of ECU's they are tested on my vehicle simulator,
Left on for 24 hours as a break in soak test then allowed to cool down.
Then the unit is re-tested fully on the simulator.
I then program the ecu with my cars map and then take it for a 10 mile
drive around the local town bypass.
The ecu is then programmed with a map suitable for the customer if required
before despatch.

I think the bloke might just be wondering what Stu's comment are on how well it performs.
