i know its been asked before but i'd like to get the right set of plugs for my exact spec,ive a misfire when coming on boost and the plugs and then the phase sensor are the first things im going to change,
ive a 91 4x4,stage 3 spec,boosting to 18psi,what plugs do you reccomend?

Champion C57, or AGPR12PP8, was what I was told recently by a few tuners but C57 can apparantly give a lumpy idle.

The AGPR12PP8 are MOTORCRAFT(FORD).
The CHAMPION are just that champion.
As for gap I would use 0.6mm unless you have a group a coil, if not get one well worth the money, got mine from MATT LEWIS £32 delivered 01922 692424.
Then experiment with the gap as you should be able to open it up a bit, group a on mine(stg1) made idle much much better and improved low down imensly pulls a lot harder at lower revs, general running a lot smoother too.
Both plugs available easy enough, most places sell them.
