Jaw dropping Escort Gti

Background and Piece of mind when buying a hot hatch!!
The car for sale is a Red Escort GTi (R Plate) in “Excellent / Stunning condition.”
I haven’t used the word “MINT” because mint = showroom condition, (most people would describe it as mint). Before I describe the car there are a few important factors that I should mention, the car has been:
1) Mechanically inspected
2) HPi checked
3) MOT’d until May 2007
4) Has Full service history (the majority from a tuning specialist)
After looking at over 10 examples this was by far the best!
Standard Equipment:
Power steering, half leather interior, ABS, Heated Front / Rear Screens, Electric windows, Sunroof, Factory immobiliser, Ford factory stereo and Air Conditioning.
Body work:
The car is finished in Rosso Red. The paint work is in excellent condition and I believe the car has been fully re-sprayed. The reason I believe this is because the paintwork looks factory fresh.
All the panels line up perfectly and there is no evidence of accident damage.
The paint work is bright red (See pics) and has not faded anywhere on the body. The paint is shiny and mostly unmarked.
There is no rust at all, the wheel arches, filler cap, sunroof are all perfect. The underneath of the car is as good as the body.
The original toolkit and spear wheel are also present (with good tyre).
Engine and gearbox and History:
The gearbox is faultless!. The 1.8 Zetec engine also runs faultlessly never misses a beat!. The current mileage is 92,000 and this is backed up with Full service history and Old MOT’s dating to when the car was 3 years old.
(Most of the servicing has been carried out by a tuning specialist)
The last service was carried out at 85,500 miles. The timing belt was replaced at 60,000.
The engine is as good as the body work, NO nasty oil leaks, rattles etc.
New parts:
1) Brand new Halford’s battery has been fitted (£42)
2) Exhaust system and heat shields (£130)
3) New front Toyo sports tyre
Interior trim / Electrics:
The interior is half leather. It is also ‘very clean’ , there is no wear on the seat bolsters, no rips, tears etc. The carpets are all in perfect condition. The back seats look almost perfect.
All the electrics work perfectly and all the original factory immobiliser system and stereo are still in tact (no dodgy alarms / stereos fitted that butcher the original wiring!)
The heated screens front / back, and air conditioning all work how they should. Generally everything is “Excellent” In fact I have to struggle to thing of any bad points.
Other:
The car is in overall “excellent / stunning condition” but has a few minor stone chips on the front bonnet (2mm long), some are hard to see, and most can be sorted with a good T – Cut. There is also a slight mark on the side of the car (half the size of a 5 pence piece), slight mark on alloys NOTHING ELSE TO REPORT!!! (I'm being REALLY picky with most things!!!)
