Stickers are very overdue for coming off... they were just on for a show

car is far from perfect...

have a rst engine and an mtx box conversion and some cos front brakes to be done in the next few months... also having a roll cage made, got some cobra monacos and some 4 point harnesses

Not quite sure on the grill and side skirts but i've seen worse!

Glad to hear the stickers are coming off too! What wheels are they btw, are they Comp MO's?

 

jap free? that looks like a jap style back box.......

chav free? they look like m3 style side skirts .......

the skirts are plastic..

and thats the smallest exhaust that didn't look lost in the huge genuine RS accessory bumper

they are indeed old style MOs powdercoated black sprayed silver then matt laquered

looks alright, but stickers have to come off, very chavy imo. i like the front bumper with cossie splitter

 

stickers are coming off all round... gotta repaint the front splitter when i remove the front one

 

4 1/2 inch outward rolled scorpion pipe not look good on there then? :P:P

im only messing lol it looks good but still i stand my ground lol

 

like the comp's a lot. get some locking wheels nuts on them quick or i might have to nick them

meh.. its not on the road at the mo its in the garage, they'll be off before long

Looks smart. I think slightly smaller splitter. Other than that, its different and looks good. Oh and zetec turbo as opposed to 15 yr old rs turbo.

 

well if i keep it... which is looking likely, i'll be after a 4x4 mondeo or escort to donate its running gear and bild a zetec turbo, but for now i just wanted 200bhp and the easiest/cheapest way was to buy a crappy cvh

 

the only thing i dont like is the grill

a rs2k bonnet would look good on there

cvh are not crappy, imo they are twice the engine over any zvh

 

top looking mk5, good work fella

 

 

the cvh is a fundamentally poor engine design - honda had this and the i16 1.6i / vtec and they suprising sold there dodgy cvh to ford and carried on with the vtec
the zetec lump is far superior to the cvh, the only difference being the zetec turbo engines (found in the focus RS) are as cheap or as readily available as the old cvh rst lumps

p.s. the ZVH is just a bodge - nowhere did i mention a zvh
