Does anyone here still use an @freeserve.co.uk email address, I can't log into my inbox on the orange website and MS Outlook can't connect to it either.

I'm connected through SKY broadband but this hasn't caused any problems before.

Think I may have to set up a hotmail account

 

if im not mistaken the freeserver/wandoo/orange email authenticates the username and password when checking for email.. The username is asscoaited with the Orange ISP account and as such when you close the account to move to another ISP your such as Sky broadband the Orange account and associated email addresses are removed and no longer valid.

This is how it used to be, not aware of the situation changing

 

Been on SKY for the past 3 months and I've always been able to get to my emails. I've set up a hotmail account now, just trying to rember everyeher I 've got my old address set and change it.
