After most of the year without needing to use any fog lights, i have come to use them and find that one of them does not work

Can i get the ruddy thing out to change the bulb....? Noooo! Got annoyed, gave in and took the thing to Halfords to ask if their 'fitting service' would put one in to save my fingers any more pain and they said they wouldnt even touch it because it is "too difficult".

On the Mark 5 Fez, how on earth do you get the things out? I have unscrewed the screw at the top, the top will pull slightly and stop because it seems jammed at the bottom, you can 'edge' it up and sort of jam the bottom out first but i now have two lovely scratch marks where it did not want to fit out of the damn hole!!

Any ideas or REALLY GOOD walk throughs? Or failing that a big hammer so i can just smash the *^&( out of it
