I am rubbish help

I am trying to take the graphics off this rally EsCos, not all the graphics just the writting apart from Ford motorsport. Check out my effort so far!!!! Its rubbish can anyone do it for me.

all you had to do was change the layer style to soft light or multiply. its the little drop down tab in the layers window should say "normal"
