slower than normal is it worth doing a de frag (and how would i do it ) or is there anything else i could do in simple terms

 

yes its worth doing a defrag... go into My Computer, find the drive you wish to defrag and click it with the right mouse button, select from the list that appears properties... A new box will now appear with tabs at the top, select the one that says Tools and you will see the button to defrag that drive

 

Defrag should sort it, if you do that and still think its slower than normal then come back here

 

Seems to have speeded up now cheers for the help
