Default AFR on N/A car ??

Is the target slightly different on a turbo car?

Been out in my 205 today,
out of interest hooked a Wideband up to it.

shows a steady 13.2 :1 afr when under load in 4th gear,
does that sound about right?

just wondering what would be the ideal for maximum power
on an N/A car.

max power is based around 12.6:1,

Do you know you AFR meter is reading correct, have you tested it against a calibrated system?

There is no one ideal AFR. The ratio that produces maximum power varies from engine to engine and with rpm. Forced induction engines often run a mixture richer than necessary to provide cooling from the extra fuel.
