I have a wanadoo/orange wireless livebox.

My usb wireless adapter from the pc broke, so orange have sent me a new one called a Speed Touch.

Speed Touch usb receiver loaded and ready to go but it wont see the livebox.

Do I need to reinstall the livebox totally so the livebox can see the new USB wireless device??

Has this happened to anybody else??

happened to me,i could connect to it from my laptop wirelessly,but from my PC....NO chance!!

tried 2 different wireless adapters,belkin and D-Link and neither worked.....tried connecting with a broadband extension cable.....didn't work,they basically said i'd have to move my computer next to the master phone socket

Livebox has been removed and now my old speedtouch modem won't work either.....pretty fucked off tbh with it all

The Inventel usb breaks, they send me the Speed Touch and that wont connect....

At least the bloody laptop sees the livebox.

 

That livebox pisŁed me right off aswell, 9 times out of 10 the lights would be flashing and it wasnt even getting a connection it seemed so went back to my old speedtouch usb modem and its spot on

 

Take it the modem is paired to the router?

Livebox is a fuckin nightmare.
