i got a 2.0 mondeo lump i'm getting it ready to fit in my ford ka, just need to know what to do with all the egr pipework and tubes, do i just unbolt it all and remove the wiring from the ecu, or isn't it that simple.

Any help would be appreciated

Remove all the pipe work and blank it off, As for the wiring, Leave it as it is, You will get fault codes though due to the valves not being connected
