Get rid of the damn stripes
filler cap area redone
refit drivers side skirt
general freshen up
tidy engine bay
Frst bonnet
Zetec-s rear bumper
Change of wheels (preferable ford but unsure atm, was thinking 15in zetec-s phase one wheels with st170 centre caps)
Zetec-s rear beam
Vr6 front splitter
mk3.5 door mirrors
Poss junk the zetec and go for a rst engine.

got bored today so Painted up a new rocker cover for the van


take one battered zetec cam cover


Give it a couple of coats of high temp paint


GIve it a couple of coats of gloss black and some finishing touches


And its done (sorry for crap pics they are off my phone)

 

got it on the rollers yesterday, not a good day was hoping for 130hp

got 105hp with 110lbs or torque
fuelling is spot on, been told to check timing.

decided to run this lump for now, but going to replace with a 2ltr running on megasquirt and then build from there
