Default NEW MEMBER - Fizzy T - My MK6 Fiesta & MK3 XR2i

Hi all ive just moved in on this place as im looking for lots of information on zetec turbo conversions

Be nice to me please

While im here ill tell you about what ive got so far if you can be bothered to read down lol

My Mk6 fiesta 1.4 has KW coilover syspension at a drop of 75mm rear and around 55-60 front.I did have it set up around 65mm front but that was about 2+1/2" to the ground under the engine bay and i didnt like the thought of meeting a brick under there at some point

Its also got a Rear Fusion Fabrication strut brace.Had the front upper but sold it on in a fit of depressive times involving not alot of money oh and loosing my job

Car has a full carputa setup with flushed 7" widescreen touchscreen monitor into the dash centre console.

Im bored of writing about that car now so heres pics...

RIGHT! Now onto the good stuff

Just bought a Mk3 Fiesta XR2i 1.8 16v on a K plate for £500

Got a full set of TSW Web alloys with excellent tyres with the car aswell *Going on ebay probably*

Then tonight I managed to bag this 2litre Zetec Silver top engine for £56...Its a state but ive seen worse and tbh its going to get rebuilt so should it matter?

Plan is to make this car my new fast road project with a 2litre Zetec Turbo engine in the bay.

I'm here so you kind people can guide me to pursue this goal.

Its going to take a very long time to do this conversion as i dont have deep pockets and spare time is limited to weekends as i work late into the night as a LGV driver

Anyway that was me saying hello

Fizzy T "aka Mat"
