Hi peeps!

after i sold my 3 year rs turbo project earlier this year due to being bored and fed up with chasing rust! oh and moving out of home with my mrs, and belive me im never moving back home!

im the last 6 months of not having a toy i went out and bought a nove 1.4 delux plus with a 2.0 16 valve red top lump fitted but after gettin it home and putting it in the garage i got bored so i sold it and wanted to keep in the rs ownership circle. So i bought a rs2000 4x4 on a n reg, it had a fooked transfer box and after i found one i drove it for a week and got really really bored so it had to go!

i moved in my bungalow and the past three weeks i ve been getting settled, i ve decided to get a new project! its not going to be an over night project due to not having as much dollar as when i lived at home but i intend to have it finished for next summer and have some fun doing track days and attending shows!

1800cc
low comp pistons
focus t190 cams
arp rod bolts
t190 t25 turbo and manifold
lumanition engine management(going in the bin)
3 inch bore exhaust
ap clutch
siemens injectors
lightened and balanced

its got kw coilovers
2wd cosworth front brakes

i got loads of plans but in need to get it stripped and ill see what ill keep and what ill sell!

compomotive th fella!

they have the wrong tyres on them so they sit poo on the car!

a have also ordered new higher poundage springs for it so it will sit better as the coilovers are at its highest settings due to the zetec turbo engine being hevier than the 1.25 it had at the start!

 

im doing some thing with my mk4 at the mo (see project free fiesta)

could you do me a massive favour and send me pics of the engine mounts and gear box mounts, or tell me what mounts thay are, also, any parts your thinking of selling, let me no mate

it uses a series 3 engine(black top mondeo and focus)

it uses the focus engine mount that sits in the middle of the cambelt cover!

ill be selling the turbo and down pipe
the management
inlet manifold and injectors
engine
pretty much most of it as i got bigger things to go on it!

hey ya - nice motor that cant understand why you would want to strip it

question if you dont mind

what did you do for the loom did you use the existing 1.25 loom and use a management with it

or did you rip out the 1.25 engine loom and apply a zetec loom to match the engine etc

did you have a management put in for it etc eg omex - sorry i am carrying out something similar myself

been busy the past few weeks with work but i got a few hours to strip the fiesta!

it looks a mess but its all being put in the bin and all new stuff fitted!

got to get it bare for when it goes off for paint, also i got loads of new parts i ve been collecting, ill post em up in the week!

here is a big update so far sorry for the delay im just gettin straight in me new place!

so far i ve been collectin parts and organisin fabrication work!

here s the first pic!

i went up to cobra s main factory last week and picked a pair of seats and all the trimmings! i didnt want to wait and i got to pick a perfect set and got a super deal on them! enough chat heres some pics







they are a set of cobra sazuka fia seats with alloy side mount and custom subframes, with fia 4 point harnesses!

here are a couple of pics of my als throttle body, its got a modded iscv and a pf09 tps

so can i confirm that the only changed engine mount is the top drivers side one? and is that a mtx75 gearbox on the standard mounts? looks good, would like to do somethin similar with my zs but thought the zetec lump was a git to get in
