This Mk1 is a German version , thei did have that box for the battery !
I sold this yellow Mk1 last winter , it was from the UK.

This car was also built by myself!

Pics from my 3rd Mk1 Projekt , the shell is sold to a friend who will put inn a 430 hp Cosworth. I will do all the welding inc 4link seam welding++ then he will take over with engine , gearbox ,suspension loom , ++ !

Then the cylinderhead need some work , this was the shape yesterday:

The valves , the condision is very good.

One of the valveguides has been replaced.
