Am trying to fit a new seatbelt to my 1995 Mondeo.

Had to go to scrappies to get one....but the seatbelt is held on with some plastic-type bolts with a star shape cut into them....obviously I need a special tool to remove....can anyone help?

I need to know what tool it is and where I can get one!
