It was on Top Gear or something like that a few years back and they said it was for outside Goverment buildings ect

does make a nice job of the truck

 

i knew it, just as soon as i fit something, soemthing else comes along which i should have bought instead

i like how it just goes back into the ground aswell, no damage what so ever to the bollard

one of them bad boys behind your car will stop it getting stolen
