So far has been fooking outstanding

Not long got off the phone to Pro Alloy since my rad has sprung a leak, now i called this morning to ask about it and had to call back this afternoon.

Now i must say when i called back i spoke to a guy called alex and his attitude was bang on aqnd exactly what you want when you phone a company about one of their products (post sales).

All i asked was if they would re core one of their radiatiors?

Response...

Send it to, we'll test it, fix it and if we cant we'll send you a new one

Also i told him i wanted to move the I/C forward and mount the fans on the rad and quite happily volunteered to send me some stuff to help do it

Pro Alloy have got really good customer service

 

And their receptionist was a great laugh as well

The reason i posted this is with the Exception of Stu @ MSD and Alan/Colin @ AVA
(both have been very helpfull to me) some guys have been so so (ker ching) when im doing stuff with the car.

Pro Alloy are now on my crimbo card list anyway
