Got a series 1 rs.

but was looking at geting a S2 or a astra 1.6i to play with.

whats insurance like for a second car?? is it steep?

ive 3yrs no claims.

 

The no claims will presumably be on the S1 unless you have a classic policy which allow them to be transferred over, so it'll be insuring a 2nd car with no bonus. Dare I suggest the obvious and suggest you ring and ask them ?

 

i tried classic they turned me down because i didnt have a garage to store the car

 

have you got a cover on the series 1, trust me it wont last long outside in all weathers. rust loves them

 

managed to source a garage for Ł32 a month!!!!

well happy with that, she will be stored through the winter and cleaned up.

would like a 2nd car for the winter, not sure what.

 

i just got a 1300 fezzy, i also dont have a garage for my S1 but with hope im getting the bodywork minted up in the dead of winter
