Heard these were pretty good for a nippy reliable run around. What do you guys think

 

I think they are great for a small engined little buzzbox, makes an RST look a bad idea really, lol

 

AVA just finsished one that makes 200 at the wheels..

meant to be a quick wee car!

 

How much do they go for?

 

dont they sell 4 quite a bit

 

Loads of em here in Ireland , common as muck. Fun to drive.

Dont like them though, a bit chavish.

I had a drive, was a right laugh

he got his for about £3500, totally standard

 

Awesome motors, can get em to well over 300bhp, good few in the UK already like that.

About my fave lil HotHatch.

 

A standard car is only a group 7 or something daft like that.

A standard RST is a group 15

 

there was a very very quick one at bassildon on sat night,he was givving a few people a shock........

 

My best mate has one... she paid £4ish for hers and its 240bhp

Not the best looking car tho IMO

 

240bhp? seems optimistic from a 1.3 or 1.4 whtever it is lol

 

my cousin has had 2 of the little flyin machines.... his last one was nearly 300 bhp stripped out and totaly fuckin insane.. it would piss on any thing up here!!

my neighbours got one and im gonna buy it off him when hes finished his civic

in all honesty ive never been in a car that sooo much fun to drive YET aint got the same " its gonna fall apart or brakedown soon" moments that i get with alot of small fords ive been in

think up until last year these where a secret car for the blikered ford scene

 

i had a shot of the last one my cousin had. in the wet i was about the lenght of an rs4 behind an rs4 goin up the 1/4 mile strip. it would have pished over my cossie....

steve thats the reason why nobody buys em, people who assume there carap as there just 1300 engines,,,,,,,,, they prob think that r5 turbos are all crap too

 

I thought i might get slated, but it seems all good. The white one in the pics mine. 1993, was just sick of looking after my RST so much, i need something i can treat like Sh*t and it wont fall apart. Will keep the RST thou and if i do sell it. It will be for a shapphire.

Yeah, as they even remotley similar cars apart from a bonnet scoop and same basic shape (barring about 3/4 the size)

Totally different cars, if someone wanted a Pulsar type car theyd not get a fucking Starlet would they Your posts are great
