so lets say you could go back all those years and say to the guy in charge of the escort im from the future the escort MUST have................???
if i could change anythink id ask for more power as standard and make it in lesser numbers
and maybe rear wheel drive?!!!??!! arhh all of em

Better (stronger and reliable) gearbox with 6th gear, oil temperature gauge, fuel pressure gauge, more HP at stock, white turn indicators, more user friendly tire dimensions, 225 / 45 R 16 are - i guess - only used on EsCos-es and are expensive as hell

a stronger driveline would be nice.not that i drive my car that hard all the time..but it would be nice to not worry about it when driving hard.
elsewise i love the escort.
maybe a bit more space in front of the engine..pretty tight space when you are working on the engine.hehwhenever that is

I'd make sure no-one would make replica bodykits for them, does my head in seeing some chavvy kid sat in one thinking its real, i daren't wear my baseball cap anymore and agree with the transmission totally
