Whats the alloy thing on the boot floor?? Fuel Tank or WI maybe??

Damo, it mounts either side of the strut tops, has an open end, so just uses a slightly longer bolt thru the strut top.
As for the boot floor, the tank houses my extra fuel pumps and swirl pot

Stumbled across it by chance on the RSOC begining of last year.

I have an OMP strut brace fitted to my car, which bolts to the top of the rear supension tops.

thats what i had before, but personally i wasnt to keen on the fact that it just seems to hang off one side of the suspension tops!

My OMP Strut-Brace bolts to both sides of the car and not to just one side.

Sorry mate, didnt mean just one side of the car, but it sits only one side of the suspension tops.
ie. towards the front or the rear of the car.

I've got one on mine, no idea what make it is. But its welded on, I'll try to get a picture...
Its a motorsport Escort witout sunroof, a/c, el. windows etc. Maybe it was standard...? Its white, like the car...

THE RADMAN my classical guitar in it's box still fits in the boot, barely but it does. So it's not that bad. I've seen worse
