seen it a few times around east london, the police cone off either a layby or section in the middle of the road, then randomly stop cars, theres signs saying slow census.

now it dont seem like tax checking as theres no clamps or tow trucks to be seen and in these parts everyother car would be clamped

Are the police real ones or them comunity officers?, cos once they pull you in you in a que of 5ish cars with cones to stop you buggering off

got waved to pull in thismorning, but fuck'd off around the officer as couldn't be arsed with answering questions

so what do they do?
