Finding a excellent condition one maybe very difficult, most of them have rotted away. Why don't your mate get a Fiesta RS Turbo instead, more or less the same size, age etc. More likely to find agood one too and the Fiesta has a extra 200cc over the Uno.

 

Aint seen a uno turbo in years think they may of all rusted away.

 

last uno turbo i went in was years ago

very fast little cars just like the r5 gt turbos

but when you go and look at them take the boot crapet out and the side panels

we didnt realise in my mates until we cleaned one day that the complete rear inner arch was not there and i mean not there the shock was just in mid air

he could wuite happily step both feet and legs through from the inside the boot to the outside of the wheell and stand up

rust is teh main killer and make sure its got no wide arch kit on them as god knows how much crap its hiding

id go for a reanualt turbo tbh much more fun and cheap
