Cosworth Forged pistons
std head gasket, oil and water pump
Karl Norris Stg 3 head with matching manifolds
Stg 3 T3 turbo on a 0.48 exh housing
Mongoose exh
GRS i/c
Std KE with the fuel mod
NMS chip

Engine was probably good for a genuine 230bhp. It was a cracking little engine

 

Havent heard of any other 1600 CVH's do 160mph+ as i looked into it before

i know back in the day the Black Severn Vally RST did 158 or 159 though though

 

I get scared if mine goes above 110!!!

Mine has made 290lb/ft and that feels like it want's to rearrange internal organs, so I can't imagine what a more torquey 1600 would feel like.

 

Tony has yours not had a rebore since it was created....chances of it being a genuine 1600 are slim

 

 

 

paul what is the fueling mod? as when i took mine to karl for a setup he didnt mention any mods he could do to the ke, he insisted on a fifth or cossie management i was maxing out the ke!
