licensing laws do not involve tax purely you have to pay attention to animal you have i.e know your shit about them or they can be dangarous.
They should put a law stating chickens should law eggs only past 9 am as they are noisy buggers i had like 5 lol.
And animals should have insurance like horses do and passports.

Fuck no. All the extra bureaucracy would cost someone (taxpayers) a shitload. The government would intrude yet further into peoples lives, as if its not far enough in there already. There are anti cruelty laws already, that dont get enforced properly, theres little point in making more laws that cant be enforced.

Enforcing the current laws properly would be the first step.

Worst thing they powers that be ever did was remove the dog licence.

I'm fed up with stories of abused animals and sicko's doing all sorts of stuff. Even on here a clip was posted of a Goldfish being ripped to bits by Piranha. I find it sickening to the very base of my stomach

yep I voted yes, due to the amount of cruelty cases we see at the Staffie rescue I think the dog licence with micro chipping would help prosecute some of the low life.

I don't think there should be a dog licence coz not everyone can afford a licence whci means there would be some families who would love a dog to bits but wouldn't be able to coz they can't afford the licence. Then there would be a lot more homeless dogs, kennels would be full so a lot of them would be put to sleep.

I personally think the laws should be enforced a lot more and the punishments should be more servere for animal abusers

Fair enough. Just seems like £250 (as some one else put) is a bit steep. Especially for the hard up single mum of 3 who wants a dog for example

Thats not a bad idea, would possibly stop some tossers from buying certain dogs, cos its always the dog that gets blamed.
